  2.     ADD CRONTAB ENTRY
  3.  
  4.     A crontab entry consists of six fields. Any combination of the five
  5.     time fields (minutes, hours, days, months, and/or days) define when
  6.     the command (sixth field) will execute. By default, the job will run
  7.     every hour if all the time fields are left blank.
  8.  
  9.     Note: This feature is system dependent; you may not be able to use
  10.     all combinations of time settings on your system. Check your local
  11.     cron for its precise workings.
  12.  
  13.     The window has the following fields:
  14.  
  15.     Hostname
  16.  
  17.     If you want to limit this job to specific hostnames within a pool,
  18.     enter those hostnames in this field. If you are using multiple
  19.     entries, leave a blank between each entry. You can also use the
  20.     arrow button to the right to select the available hosts from the
  21.     current pool.

  23.     User Name
  24.  
  25.     You can use this field to specify which user will run this job. You
  26.     can also click on the arrow button on the right to display a list of
  27.     users and select one.

  29.     Description

  31.     You can use this field to briefly describe this job's purpose.

  33.     Command

  35.     Use this field to specify the cron command (and arguments) to be run
  36.     at the time established by the remaining five fields.You can use a
  37.     maximum of 256 characters to specify this command.

  39.     Minutes
  40.  
  41.     Use this field to specify what point in the specified hour(s) the
  42.     job will run. Enter a whole number between 0 and 59. Or you can
  43.     specify a range by using a dash(-), e.g., 0-20. If you are using
  44.     multiple entries, leave a blank between each entry.

  47.     Hours of Day
  48.     Days of month
  49.     Months of the Year
  50.     Days of the Week

  52.     Click on the appropriate boxes in these fields to further define
  53.     when this job will run. You may select multiple values per field.

  56.     The window has the following buttons:

  60.     Once you've made all the selections for the new job, click on this
  61.     button to selectively create the crontab job.

  65.     Click on this button to clear the existing choices in all fields.

  69.     Click on this button to discard any changes and close the window.
